• Payment information (handled by our provider Stripe — Dukiwi SA never stores card numbers)

• Simply browse the site (anonymised audience measurement)

• Our trusted technical sub-processors, bound by contract (Infomaniak — Swiss hosting; Stripe — payments; Microsoft 365 — internal tools)

We apply suitable technical and organisational measures: systematic TLS encryption, encrypted backups, password hashing (bcrypt), least-privilege principle, admin access logging, and regular audits.

6. Retention

Your data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then archived or deleted in line with our legal obligations (notably 10 years for accounting records under Swiss law).
